• Plan and coordinate software releases with product and infrastructure teams.
• Track release progress, identify dependencies, and manage risks.
• Conduct Release Readiness, Milestones, and Go/No-Go reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement by automating release processes using AI/ML or scripting.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development or release management.
• Familiarity with SDLC and release management processes.
• Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow for release tracking.
