💼 About This Role

You'll design and improve Torc's ML frameworks and infrastructure for autonomous trucking. You'll drive platform architecture for ML operations at scale. This role combines ML engineering with infrastructure design for autonomous vehicles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain Torc's ML frameworks and tools
• Drive system and platform design for ML operations at scale
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on technical requirements
• Foster velocity in development, review, and iteration

📋 Requirements

• BSc in CS or related with 6+ years experience, or MSc with 3+ years
• Experience with distributed training at scale, especially Ray
• Built ML solutions that reached production stage
• Comfortable with data science and ML lifecycle

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in model optimization and compression for edge deployment
• Familiarity with compute and data platforms
• Experience in autonomous vehicles (L4) or related field
