You'll drive new business and expand existing accounts for Databricks' cloud data platform in Brazil. Your core impact is closing deals with CIOs and IT executives while exceeding revenue targets. This role offers accelerators above 100% quota attainment and reports to the Regional Director.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Present a territory plan within first 90 days
- Meet with CIOs, IT executives, and other decision makers
- Close new accounts and expand existing accounts
- Track all customer details in Salesforce
๐ Requirements
- Native Portuguese-speaker with strong English skills
- Field sales experience in big data, Cloud, or SaaS
- 3+ years full-cycle sales experience exceeding quotas
- Prior customer relationships with CIOs and program managers

- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience at an early stage company
