You'll perform setups on 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC mills or lathes, run production jobs, and ensure part conformance. You'll troubleshoot machining issues and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• **2-5 years** CNC experience with 1+ years setup experience
• **High school diploma** or GED required
• Reading **blueprints** and using calipers, height gauges, micrometers
• Proficient with **drilling, milling, and tapping** operations

Responsibilities

• Perform complete setups on 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC mills or lathes
• Verify machine readiness and operate vertical/horizontal machining centers
• Inspect parts per Process Routing Documents and document results
• Troubleshoot machining or quality issues with supervisors and quality personnel
