🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a patient-centered manner.
• Participate in quality initiatives like Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license (MD/DO).
• Board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

• New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensing.
• Experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, PM&R, or Geriatric Medicine.
