You'll own and scale email and lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive member enrollment, activation, and retention for a digital health platform targeting chronic conditions. You'll partner across Marketing, Communications, and Product to deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns at every touchpoint.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns in HubSpot or Customer.io
  • Develop automated lifecycle journeys for acquisition, onboarding, and retention
  • Create advanced audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting
  • Track campaign performance and run A/B tests to improve effectiveness

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer journeys
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with direct mail or multi-channel campaign integration
  • Familiarity with healthcare, digital health, or regulated industries
  • Experience supporting enrollment or member engagement programs
