Description

You will manage the production of digital, studio, and stadium events for esports in North America. Drive creative and operational vision for live and broadcast events, partnering with production, league management, and broadcast teams to deliver world-class fan experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in production
• Experience managing stakeholders and guiding teams through live event execution
• Hands-on experience as events producer with background in strategy and creative execution
• Experience developing ticket sales strategies and managing ticket sales
• Knowledge of technical production, budgeting, vendor management, and operational logistics

Responsibilities

• Communicate event project scope, schedules, and status to stakeholders
• Partner with creative and production teams to brainstorm and produce esports events
• Oversee fan-facing event deliverables and curate overall fan experience
• Drive creative vision for set design, audio, lighting, and video
• Manage vendor RFPs, contract negotiations, and performance tracking
