💼 About This Role

You'll analyze and interpret data to drive business insights and optimize product performance for an AI-powered resource planner. You'll create dashboards and reports to help teams make informed decisions and improve user experience. This role is based in Lisbon, with relocation support available.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify trends
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards with Tableau/Looker/Power BI
• Collect, clean, and structure large datasets for accuracy
• Define and track KPIs for marketing, product, and business performance
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment analysis for product features

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
• Strong analytical skills with Python or R for data analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline optimization
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
