Description

You will play a crucial role in the build, integration, and test of Neutron launch vehicle systems, working closely with engineers and a team of technicians. Responsibilities include developing assembly and test procedures, providing hands-on leadership, troubleshooting issues, and driving efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years assembly/test experience in regulated manufacturing
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience with launch vehicle fluid systems (pneumatic, cryogenic, electrical)
• Maintenance skills: troubleshooting, precision cleaning, system testing
• Experience with equipment: forklift, telehandler, boom lift, scissor lift, power tools

Responsibilities

• Create and implement assembly and test procedures
• Work with system owners to develop procedures
• Lead and train technicians in aerospace assembly and testing
• Troubleshoot issues and drive workflow improvements
• Specify and set up technician workstations and tooling
