Description

As a Field Account Manager for ClassPass, you'll build and grow relationships with top fitness and wellness partners in your region through strategic upselling and retention. You'll spend most of your time in the field, acting as the face of the brand and driving mutual value for partners and the company.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales or account management experience, including field sales
• Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota and performance goals
• Strong negotiation skills with a solutions-first approach
• Deep knowledge of your regional fitness and wellness market with active professional connections
• Comfort using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft tools

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier fitness, wellness and lifestyle partners through strategic upselling and retention
• Spend at least 70% of time in the field, including frequent travel to other markets in your region
• Conduct regular in-person visits and meetings to deepen relationships and drive results
• Proactively surface partner pain points and position ClassPass solutions that drive mutual value
• Exceed monthly upsell and engagement goals by thinking creatively and acting with urgency
