💼 About This Role

You'll manage coordination of quality control activities and test notifications for a heavy engineering environment. You'll act as the central point for scheduling inspections and compiling data records.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as focal point for issuing test notifications to inspectors, agencies, and customers.
• Schedule and allocate Agency Inspector / NoBo / QC Engineer attendance for inspections.
• Maintain registers of notifications across multiple projects and vendors.
• Compile manufacturing record books and data records per approved indexes.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience as a coordinator/administrator in engineering/manufacturing.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint proficiency.
• Italian and English fluency (verbal and written).
• Experience in an ISO quality environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in energy or industrial applications industry.
• Numeracy and accuracy skills.
