• Lead the onboarding experience for new hires
• Coordinate onsite interviews and candidate logistics
• Plan and execute company events and culture moments

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of office management or operations experience in startup
• Proven ability to juggle competing priorities with calm mindset
• Experience managing vendors, leases, or facilities contracts
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Experience supporting HR or People Ops functions
