🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead research and development of social standards content.
• Engage stakeholders to support understanding and adoption.

• Support standard compliance and exemption requests.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in social sustainability or human rights.
• Expertise in human rights, fair work, and DEI standards.
• Project management experience with multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
