🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage assigned programs end-to-end within scope and budget.
• Supervise, coach, and develop direct and indirect reports.
• Monitor program performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 3–5 with advanced degree.
• At least 2 years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry.
• Minimum 1 year of direct people management experience.
• Strong experience managing programs or client-facing service delivery.
