  • Develop bespoke sourcing strategies to engage senior technical talent globally
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and build internal workflows to maximize recruiting output
  • Manage relocation and integration of international hires into Hamburg HQ

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of total recruiting experience in SaaS or Technology
  • 2+ years as a Senior Technical Recruiter for high-visibility roles
  • Technical background (e.g., CS degree or prior technical role)
  • Professional English skills for stakeholder communication
