You'll contribute to propeller system design from concept through certification and production at a fast-moving aerospace startup. Your work will drive technical quality, compliance, and manufacturability while solving real product development challenges. You'll collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to deliver aerospace hardware with speed and rigor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design propeller systems from concept through certification
• Perform analysis and support certification activities
• Transition designs into production with manufacturing teams
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve product development challenges

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in mechanical or aerospace system design or production support
• CAD and GD&T proficiency (model-based definition preferred)
• Legal authorization to work in the US (ITAR compliance required)

✨ Nice to Have

• FAA or military certification experience
• Propellers, rotors, or VTOL system familiarity
• Experience in aggressive product development environments with high standards
