You'll coordinate venue and festival bookings, working closely with Talent Buyers to build offers and contracts while managing internal ticketing systems. Your work will directly support major live events and artist negotiations. This role offers exposure to the music industry within a global live entertainment leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain offers for shows, tours and festivals.
• Update contracts per artist requests and submit to agents.
• Manage booking database and create data reports.
• Liaise with internal departments for confirmed artists.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency (BA/BS preferred)
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Available nights, weekends, and some holidays
