• Develop, implement, and maintain new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Analyze production processes from a first principles, physics-based approach.
• Lead design of experiments to establish stable and robust processes.
• Own machine activation and testing with a small team.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline.
• 1+ years of professional experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

• Experience with electrical test equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards.
• Experience with electrical test fixture design and implementation.
