Description

You'll lead the Finance Regulatory Data team to own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for Mews' finance and regulatory data platform. You'll partner with business leaders to build scalable, auditable data pipelines and reduce manual processes through automation.

Requirements

• Hands-on data leader with deep experience in large-scale data infrastructure (Databricks ideal; Snowflake or similar)
• Proven experience in finance-heavy, regulated or complex environments
• Strong instincts for control, auditability, lineage and trust in numbers
• Track record of leading small, senior teams through ambiguity and change
• Confident partnering with CFO/Finance leadership and senior tech stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance Regulatory Data team across Europe
• Own strategy, architecture and roadmap for finance and regulatory data platform
• Prioritise and deliver data projects supporting Corporate Finance, FP&A, Financial Systems, FinTech and RevOps
• Raise the bar on data quality, governance, lineage and auditability
• Partner with finance and business leaders to translate needs into data solutions
