As a Care Advocate at Maven Clinic, you will provide world-class support to members, helping them navigate digital care and access the tools they need for optimal health outcomes. You'll work remotely, conducting introductory video appointments, answering product questions, and coordinating with the care team to ensure members receive personalized guidance and resources.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Japanese, both verbal and written
• Located in Arizona, Nevada, or Oregon (or PST)
• Background in allied health, human services, or healthcare
• 1-2+ years of direct patient care or digital health experience
• Problem-solving skills for creative solutions in a remote/startup environment

Responsibilities

• Prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of member introductory video appointments
• Answer product questions and provide personalized recommendations for member needs
• Navigate members' networks to ensure access to care and investigate available support
• Provide education and resources related to program needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal member experience
