You'll support Xapo Bank's global members, handling queries via live chat and email while monitoring accounts. Your core impact is ensuring top-notch service with fast response and positive attitude. This role stands out for working 100% remotely from anywhere in the world.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to members' queries about products and services
• Monitor member accounts including debit card and crypto transactions
• Assist prospective members during onboarding process
• Conduct Zoom calls with prospective members

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience in remote environment
• Proficient English (additional language Mandarin/Japanese a plus)
• Experience with CRMs, Jira, Confluence, Slack
• Previous experience in fintech/banking industry

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency environment
• Additional language besides English
• Experience with Kustomer
