💼 About This Role

You'll own outbound and lifecycle messaging across B2B and B2C audiences at a revenue execution agency. You'll partner with leadership on strategy and independently execute campaigns in HubSpot, Instantly, and Clay. This role offers the chance to directly influence pipeline and revenue in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain outbound lists in Clay
• Launch and optimize cold email campaigns in Instantly
• Manage inbox health, deliverability, and warm-up
• Sync replies and outcomes into HubSpot

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in outbound or lifecycle marketing
• Direct experience executing email and CRM campaigns
• Experience supporting both B2B and B2C audiences
• Strong understanding of deliverability and segmentation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SMS platforms like Twilio
• Familiarity with Mailchimp for lifecycle marketing
