You'll serve as a strategic advisor for enterprise customers, leveraging deep product knowledge to close adoption gaps and drive net revenue growth. You'll manage a book of complex customers with minimal oversight, collaborating with Account Executives to maximize customer value. The role requires working in office 3 days per week and offers the chance to build instant rapport with accounting professionals using your prior audit or accounting experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide excellent customer service and uncover client pain points
  • Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and account optimization
  • Collaborate with internal partners to share client insights
  • Lead virtual and in-person executive client meetings

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, consulting, or audit
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • Experience working with enterprise companies
  • Strong accounting fundamentals with hands-on close and reporting experience

✨ Nice to Have

  • Prior Customer Success or Account Management experience
  • CPA or related certification
  • Experience with FloQast or other close management tools
