You'll join a growing Roadway/Highway design team preparing preliminary design plans and specifications for local agency and DOT projects. Your work directly impacts community infrastructure in the Kansas City region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare preliminary design plans, documents, and specifications
• Conduct analyses and perform standard computations
• Coordinate work with entry-level engineers or technicians
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited program
• Passed FE/EI exam
• 1-3+ years of roadway design experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with local agency or DOT roadway projects
• Knowledge of MicroStation or other design software
• EIT certification
