You'll lead accounting and financial operations for a trusted commercial electrical contractor serving the Carolinas and Virginia. You'll ensure financial accuracy and provide strategic insight to support business growth in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Produce financial reports for leadership and ownership

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership
• Prior experience in construction or contracting industry
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and internal controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with construction accounting systems (Buildops, Sage, Procore)
• Experience with payroll processing and basic HR functions
