Description
You will lead a team of Oncology Specialists to drive sales of our Northstar Liquid Biopsy products in the Pacific Northwest, developing data-driven strategies and building relationships with oncologists and the cancer care community. This role reports to the SVP of Sales and Commercial Operations and is remote within the region.
Requirements
- 4+ years field sales management experience leading a team at a molecular diagnostics / liquid biopsy company
- Experience selling directly to oncologists in the geographic region with convertible client relationships
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and multiple sales awards
- Strong negotiation, closing, data analysis, and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a startup environment
Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven sales strategy and business plan for the region
- Build and lead a team of high-performing Oncology Specialists to execute sales strategies
- Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop staff
- Develop and enhance customized pitches to oncologists and cancer care community
- Analyze sales results, identify trends, and monitor competition to drive success
