💼 About This Role

You'll independently manage all laboratory trials and material testing for precast and UHPC concrete. Your core impact is ensuring alignment between laboratory trials and production output through data-driven mix optimization. This role offers exposure to advanced construction technology like 3D printing of concrete.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and conduct all laboratory trials and material tests
• Perform sieve analysis and aggregate grading
• Plot and interpret Particle Size Distribution (PSD) curves
• Conduct compressive and flexural strength tests

📋 Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil / Materials Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in concrete laboratory testing
• Strong exposure to precast concrete and/or UHPC
• Solid understanding of statistical reporting and mix optimization

• Experience with 3D printing of concrete
• Familiarity with ASTM / BS / EN standards
