🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as IT/AV technician for new business pitches onsite and offsite
• Lead tech checks across major web conferencing platforms
• Design, configure, and deploy AV/VC systems for presentations
• Coordinate with external AV vendors for large-scale productions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT/AV experience in client-facing environment
• Proficiency with Cisco, Poly, MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and travel throughout the U.S.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous business development support or live production experience
• Background in hybrid event support or live show workflows
• Familiarity with VC reporting and monitoring tools
