🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and telehealth visits
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine (or eligible with plan to obtain within 1 year)
• State licensed in New Hampshire
