🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee Maintenance team shift schedules and work
• Analyze downtime and report on production performance
• Comply with GMP, Food Safety, and HACCP guidelines
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Kitchen, Warehouse, QA

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in industrial maintenance management
• 5-7 years managing employee groups in production
• HACCP knowledge or certification
• Maintenance planning and inventory management experience
