💼 About This Role

You'll support Hadrian's Legal team across contract management, corporate governance, and compliance in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. You'll keep legal workflows efficient and audit-ready. This role is critical to scaling legal operations for autonomous factories.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and organize legal documents and correspondence
• Manage full contract lifecycle including tracking and renewals
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel
• Support corporate governance activities and recordkeeping

📋 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent
• 5+ years of paralegal or legal support experience
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal CLM/CRM
