Requirements
- 1+ years SDR management experience with consistent quota attainment
- 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Expertise in outbound sales via email, phone, and social selling
- Ability to operate at all levels and get in the trenches with the team
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, Outreach, SalesNav, ZoomInfo, SFDC
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor an SDR team to achieve monthly and quarterly quota
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and ramp SDRs effectively
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development
- Report on team performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with marketing and sales training to improve processes and skills
