Requirements

  • 1+ years SDR management experience with consistent quota attainment
  • 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Expertise in outbound sales via email, phone, and social selling
  • Ability to operate at all levels and get in the trenches with the team
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, Outreach, SalesNav, ZoomInfo, SFDC

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor an SDR team to achieve monthly and quarterly quota
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and ramp SDRs effectively
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development
  • Report on team performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Partner with marketing and sales training to improve processes and skills
