Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for Harness Code Repository, a core pillar of the software delivery platform. You'll drive AI-assisted developer workflows, integrate code into the broader lifecycle, and own the roadmap for source control, pull requests, governance, and more.

• Highly technical PM with depth in architecture, scalability, and systems tradeoffs
• AI-native: uses modern tools to move faster while maintaining quality
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving execution with clear communication

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Harness Code Repository
• Define and deliver AI-assisted developer workflows with clear guardrails and success metrics
• Partner with customers to understand developer collaboration and governance needs
• Drive competitive intelligence across source control and adjacent developer tooling
• Write and manage technical requirements and specs; ship high-quality releases with urgency
