You'll lead enterprise sales efforts for Southern California, targeting organizations above 15,000 employees. Your core impact will be driving value-based sales engagements and exceeding revenue targets. This role collaborates closely with senior leadership, channel partners, and cross-functional teams to solve complex IT and security challenges.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a regional strategy to deliver 4x pipeline relative to quota.
- Build and nurture channel and security/IT vendor partnerships.
- Qualify and advance opportunities using value-based selling like MEDDPIC.
- Maintain high-quality hygiene in Salesforce and Clari.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of success in a closing role selling to Enterprise accounts with a hunter mentality.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in large organizations.
- Ability to build and execute a regional go-to-market strategy with cross-functional teams.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise IT and security environments.
