🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with CEO and business leaders on organizational design
• Manage full employee lifecycle in assigned business
• Improve performance cycles, leadership development, feedback ecosystem
• Analyze people data for strategic decision-making

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of HRBP/People Partnership experience
• Experience managing Employee Lifecycle as a strategic system
• Strong relationship-building with leaders and effective communication
• System thinking to see patterns beyond individual cases

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in venture building or startup environment
• Knowledge of EdTech, Mental Health, or Petcare industries
• Familiarity with data analysis tools for HR metrics
