Description

You will oversee all aspects of plant operations in Holyoke, MA, including cultivation, processing, packaging, and logistics. Your focus will be on maximizing safety, compliance, efficiency, and culture while managing budgets, reporting, and team development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred
10+ years of management experience in manufacturing environment
Direct management of 100+ individuals in manufacturing setting
Consumer Packaged Goods experience required
In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma; certifications a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee strategic planning and vision for facility plant operations including cultivation, processing, packaging, maintenance, quality, and logistics
Manage facility activities with departmental managers to meet wholesale objectives on time and budget
Own facility budget; analyze data on efficiency, labor, defects, costs, and capacity for improvement recommendations
Develop reporting to illustrate business trends
Implement and maintain preventative maintenance program for facility and equipment
