🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements.
• Map client requirements into product epics and decompose into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Create process flow diagrams and capability gap analysis.
• Support UAT test case creation and conduct internal testing of delivered features.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in a similar technical BA role
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• 5+ years experience creating detailed functional specifications for digital software products
• Experience using Jira and Confluence

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma for wireframe design
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of BABOK and business process mapping
