Description

You will support operations teams to achieve production targets, manage inbound and outbound logistics, coordinate kitting resources, and ensure timely delivery of components. Your role is critical to maintaining a high level of customer service and stock accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 6+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience managing 3-6 direct reports
• Full proficiency in a broad range of supply chain activities
• Strong customer focus
• Familiarity with 5S and continuous improvement principles

Responsibilities

• Monitor open orders and fast track rush orders
• Ensure throughput KPIs are met
• Provide daily direction and support for store persons
• Coordinate daily and weekly kitting resources to achieve DIFOT
• Maintain stock point accuracy and resolve discrepancies
