💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic GTM partnerships with SIs, VARs, and cloud platforms to scale partner-led revenue for a cutting-edge Agentic AI platform. You will shape a new enterprise software category.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, onboard, and grow key GTM partners
• Lead partner enablement efforts, including training and certifications
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements and success metrics
• Drive pipeline through partner channels and co-selling opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Partner Management at a SaaS or AI company
• Proven GTM partnership sourcing and scaling experience
• Knowledge of partner program design including incentives and co-sell
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions in AI

• Familiarity with agentic AI or LLM platforms
• Experience with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Exposure to RevOps tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
