💼 About This Role

You'll orchestrate Claude and other LLMs across the full development lifecycle to compress delivery timelines. As a force multiplier, you'll own end-to-end delivery from ideation through production, acting as product thinker, architect, and delivery lead. This role combines hands-on development with architectural and product ownership to produce durable, enterprise-ready artifacts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct AI across planning, design, development, documentation, and UAT
• Define acceptance criteria and validate AI output against standards
• Own end-to-end delivery from ideation through production and iteration
• Practice context engineering to feed AI the right reference material

📋 Requirements

• 8–15+ years overall development experience
• 1–3+ years AI-first/LLM workflow experience
• Hands-on developer history with architectural and product ownership
• Experience working inside enterprise environments with real constraints

✨ Nice to Have

• Claude Certified Architect credential
• SQL Server or data warehousing background
• XML/XQuery exposure or willingness to learn MarkLogic
