🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and performance manage the sales department.
• Create and implement sales plans with key KPIs.
• Establish partnerships with key customers externally and internally.
• Evangelise product and personally close largest deals.

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years in a similar environment.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven sales leadership in FX or cross-border financial services.
• Strong financial services experience and contacts network.

• Experience in a non-bank environment (startup, FX specialist, etc.).
• Experience of the local UK market.
• Business or finance academic background.
