💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Mission Operations Engineers driving NGC2 engagement for the Army's Next Generation Command Control program. You'll design and deliver customer solutions, translating complex technical principles into operational outcomes. This role offers the chance to shape products by representing critical mission needs to engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive bottom-up NGC2 engagement with Army formations
• Lead fielding and delivery of NGC2 for Army units
• Establish relationships with customer staff leaders
• Manage near-term NGC2 product roadmap
• Surface user feedback and populate product backlog

📋 Requirements

• Proven leadership managing complex programs in defense or tech
• Understanding of U.S. military operations and multi-domain environments
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
• Ability to translate technical concepts into operational requirements
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in defense tech product/program management or solutions architect
• Familiarity with Army intelligence and command and control workflows
• Secret Clearance and above strongly preferred
