You'll build and lead the IT function at a growing learning commerce platform. You'll partner with business units to drive efficiency through technology and champion exceptional internal support experiences. You'll bring an AI-forward mindset to transform operations and manage company device management programs for a distributed workforce.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with business units to identify technology-driven efficiency opportunities.
• Oversee identity management and SSO in collaboration with Security and Legal.
• Lead cross-functional technology projects from strategy to delivery.
• Champion exceptional internal support experiences across the company.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years owning a TechOps or IT function at a tech company.
• 3+ years project management leading large IT projects.
• Experience with identity and access management (SSO Okta or Azure).
• Working knowledge of computer systems, security, and network administration.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience administering Google Suite, HR tooling, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
• ERP admin experience (Netsuite, SAP, or Workday).
• MarTech stack or RevOps admin experience.
