💼 About This Role

You'll lead growth strategy for Speak's most important market, Korea, driving user acquisition, revenue expansion, and retention. You'll oversee paid media, lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization, and new growth experiments. This role offers the opportunity to build and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating with global Growth and product teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and deliver Korea's growth targets including subscriber growth and LTV:CAC improvement.
• Lead and scale performance marketing managing >$10M annual budget.
• Architect full-funnel growth strategy across Paid, CRM, Brand, and Partnerships.
• Identify, validate, and scale new growth channels like product-led growth and pricing innovation.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in high-growth tech or consumer startups.
• Ownership of $10M+ annual marketing budgets across web and app.
• Full-stack growth expertise including performance marketing, funnel optimization, and experimentation.
• Proven experience building and mentoring high-performing growth teams.
