💼 About This Role

You'll lead Plenti's data, analytics and BI capability, redefining how data is generated and leveraged. You'll scale our Databricks-based platform and drive the shift to forward-looking, automated decisioning. This role offers the chance to shape data strategy at a fast-growing ASX-listed fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute a clear data strategy aligned to growth and efficiency objectives
• Establish best-in-class BI capability as single source of truth
• Own the Databricks-based data platform ensuring scalable pipelines
• Lead a high-performing team across data engineering, BI and analytics

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience with 5 years in leadership across data and analytics
• Proven experience transitioning from reporting-led to intelligence-driven environments
• Deep expertise across modern cloud data platforms (e.g. Databricks)
• Experience in a regulated environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or lending
• Strong commercial acumen
