Description

You will build and maintain core backend services and platform infrastructure in C# and Go for a high-performance trading platform. You will own components end-to-end, proactively address technical debt and reliability risks, and participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Strong C# development with .NET ecosystem, async/await, and performance optimization (.NET 6+)
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining backend or platform systems in production
• Experience with low-latency or high-throughput systems, especially in financial/trading/data-intensive domains
• Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) including schema design and query optimization
• Proficiency with CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps tooling, and RESTful API/WebSocket design

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and platform infrastructure in C# and Go with focus on performance, reliability, and correctness
• Own backend components end-to-end from architecture through testing, deployment, and on-call support
• Proactively identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and reliability risks
• Collaborate with platform tech lead and engineers on system design, code reviews, and integration work
• Contribute to frontend development in React for platform integrations and internal tooling
