You'll support building the compliance framework for Plata Card's Colombia operations, working with regulators and cross-functional teams. Your core impact is ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling business innovation in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and enhance the compliance framework for Colombia operations
• Manage relationships with regulators and ensure local law compliance
• Embed compliance culture across product, risk, and operations teams
• Develop scalable policies, procedures, and controls

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of progressive regulatory compliance experience
• At least 4 years in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of local and international financial regulations
• Experience building compliance programs from scratch in fintech or banking
