💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team building next-generation healthcare software, contributing code and mentoring engineers in a collaborative Agile environment. You'll drive the development of cloud-native applications using Go, gRPC, and AWS to improve patient and clinician experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and performance optimization for microservices supporting 10K+ users
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews to improve team practices
• Collaborate with product and design to translate wireframes into technical requirements
• Write automated tests and implement infrastructure as code using Serverless Framework

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years in a team lead role using Agile practices
• 5+ years experience with Go/Golang OR React + TypeScript OR cloud-native apps on AWS/Azure/GCP
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup environment
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and FHIR standards
• Experience with gRPC/Twirp, Ent, or event streaming frameworks
