💼 About This Role

You'll partner with enterprise customers to drive AI transformation at scale, managing the full lifecycle from kick-off to expansion. You'll build trust with C-level stakeholders and help them realize measurable value from Dust's GenAI platform. This role pioneers a new AI-native approach to customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead customer lifecycle for key accounts, driving adoption and expansion.
  • Drive organizational AI transformation as a change management partner.
  • Conduct Enterprise Business Reviews to capture value and identify growth.
  • Orchestrate internal resources (Deployment, Engineering, Product, Sales).

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success with strategic accounts in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage C-level relationships and Executive Business Reviews.
  • Experience driving digital adoption strategies for complex technical products.
  • Excellent English and French communication skills.
