🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze end-to-end creative workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and implement scalable AI-enhanced workflows.
• Configure AI creative platforms like Adobe Express, Figma, and GenStudio.
• Develop training programs to facilitate AI tool adoption.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in creative operations or workflow optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools like Figma or GenStudio.
• Proven ability to design and implement workflow improvements.
• Experience leading change management and technology adoption initiatives.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and DAM platforms.
• Experience with automation pipelines and content production scaling.
